RDVO offers free standard shipping on orders with shipping to Italy.
Please not that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

- Standard Shipping Europe €15 in 4-7 business days
- Express Shipping Italy €15 in 1-2 business days

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
If you are not able to pick up your delivery as agreed, we charge the original shipping fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
LOST SHIPMENTS
If you have not received your order within 14 business days after reveiving the shipping information, please contact RDVO as soon as possible.
RETURNS
Please be advised that we do not currently do exchanges unless the goods are defective or the wrong items have been delivered. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition. You will receive the return within 14 days of processing.
Customers are responsible for any lost packages when returning products to RDVO.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Send a return approval request to customer@rdvo.it. An RDVO representative will contact you within 48 hours with the appropriate case number and next steps. We will process your request as soon as we receive your package, and you will receive an email notification shortly thereafter.
